“I'm finding this journey re: grounding to be very interesting. I find myself looking more forward to going to bed nowadays because I'm looking forward to laying on the grounding sheet. I think it's helping. I'm recovering from long COVID and when your sheet arrived, I also started experimenting with cold water dipping. I guess it's challenging to know how much the sheet is helping, how much is natural healing and how much the cold water dipping is helping. However, I have a good feeling whilst laying on the sheet. The long COVID fatigue has been settling. I'm doing more physical activity and I wonder if I'll feel aches and pains in the morning after having 3 months of very little activity - but I don't, or I have very little. So little that it surprises me. I think my nervous system and the inflammation is calming. In summary, I'm glad I bought it, I think it is helping, and I really like it.”

“Your service was excellent, couldn't be better. Prompt, very efficient and Australian! We purchased the Better Earthing Sheet Underlay. Presentation of the product and information on arrival was amazing but more amazing is the Earthing Sheet Underlay. We’ve had better sleep from the very first night, longer more sound sleep, able to get back to sleep after waking through the night. We both feel much more relaxed and less tension in our bodies. I have suffered with cramps in my legs for many years, using Tonic water to ease cramps but since sleeping on the earthing sheet, cramps have stopped. Headaches which I have had each morning when I wake up have stopped. Overall our general wellbeing is incredibly better. We wish we had known about this sooner but happy now that we are sleeping on our earthing sheet underlay. You certainly have pride in your product, in your presentation of same and in your business. Thank you so much. By the way we have already given information to 5 of our friends. Trevor”

“Hi I used my earthing bedsheet and I must say , I felt a sleep must better and stay a sleep must longer,even I wake up ,I will fell a sleep again. Never had those experiences before but I’m amazed how good it works for me. I try so many things but this is the best. Thank you for your advice. Esther.”

“I am very happy with my grounding fitted sheet. I have restless legs and nerve pain from shingles and trouble sleeping sometimes but since using this grounding sheet it has all reduced. I am hoping with long term use it might reduce more.”

“I purchased the king fitted sheet and highly recommend this product. My husband and I saw immediate benefits after the first night. I am currently breastfeeding and had severe back pain which needed to be treated when breastfeeding our first child. However, with our second child I notice the pain build up during the day but after sleeping on the mat it is gone in the morning. My husband uses health trackers to monitor his sleep. The immediate difference he saw in the data was a reduction in high stress levels experienced during the day, and an increase in respiratory rate. He also seconds experiencing a significant decrease in inflammation which has been a chronic condition for him. We look forward to seeing other benefits over prolonged use.”

“We (both 62yo) purchased a grounding sheet for our bed at home some weeks ago. It's taken a few weeks to gauge whether it works or not. I'm happy to report that I definitely feel some positive impact. I use Google Nest at home which monitors my sleep patterns and quality. It reports improvement in terms of REM sleep, deep sleep, and a decrease in periods of being awake. So a measurable improvement. I have also observed a change in my dreams. Previously I would have described my dreams as (not nightmares) but dreams without a positive theme. That has changed to a point where my dreams are quite vivid and more positively themed. I have had chronic back pain, and it was this that was my first motivation to buy a grounding sheet. I feel that my back pain is reduced at night, and that in turn is meaning better quality sleep. So in summary; I feel that it has been a solid positive experience and I look forward to consolidating that over time. I am also considering buying another grounding sheet with a grounding rod for our camper so that my use of grounding is not interrupted when we go camping. My view would be to give it a try. See if it works for you.”
