“I have to say, this is one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. 3 years ago I purchased the underlay sheet, and have my wife and I have been sleeping extremely well since. A month ago, I did notice that the sheet was deteriorating a little, and after 3 years of proper use, it's no wonder. “I have received my delivery and the sheet is already on the bed! I can't wait to go to bed tonight. My cat has already spent all day on the bed...maybe she intuits something beneficial for her. “We are very pleased to take a minute and share with you our wonderful results we are attributing to our earthing sheet. We are a couple in our 40's and 50's and are both feeling an improvement with much lower stress levels, and less anxiety in the case of my husband. Our wow breakthrough was when I recently realised I hadn't noticed my husband having any sleep apnea episodes for the last few weeks. This is very exciting and we are both eager to observe improvemnets from him enjoying uninterrupted sleep over the coming months. In the same period as introducing the earthing sheet my husband has moved to join me on a gluten free diet which we also feel is a contributing factor. “WOW!!! Feeling great! I’ve been told I look 10 years younger than my 82yrs, and now I feel like a spring chicken! Have more energy, am accomplishing more and no aches and pains. For months I have had weekly acupuncture for knee and shoulder; (they will be wondering where I am). My hands which have been my greatest asset all my life (as an artist) don’t have any niggles and three toes which felt numb (ish) feel normal once more. Initially I experienced disturbed sleep patterns, feeling of heaviness, dreams, but now sleeping well and wake feeling refreshed and energetic. Keen to go to exercises each day and working with more enthusiasm. I intend to burn out not rust out! I am spreading the word about your wonderful earthing products. “I have suffered severe insomnia for 20 years. Restless leg syndrome can keep me awake for hours, even all night. (I have exhausted every avenue to remedy this without success.) Switching off my mind is difficult, too. There is also the matter of 18 years of disruptive hot flushes, as well as other irritating health issues. In order to be able to work, I spent 10 years during this time taking sleeping tablets 3-4 times a week and feeling like complete rubbish the next the day. Since 2003 my bed had become my battleground and I dreaded the nights of shallow, disruptive, exhausting sleep. When a friend suggested the Better Earthing (BE) sheet, I was not overly convinced but anything was worth a shot. I’ve now been sleeping on it for five weeks and the difference in the quality of my sleep is profound. The first night, I dropped off immediately and experienced the strangeness of sleeping so deeply I was a bit disoriented when I woke up, totally alert and having no memory of the night. Later that morning I was out shopping and wondered why I felt as if I had taken pain relief tablets. Then it struck me – I no longer felt “jagged”, as my whole body was naturally rested and relaxed for the first time in two decades! Over the following five weeks, I had a few bad nights, unable to switch off my mind, but I do always get to sleep and I always sleep deeply. Not only that but I still feel more relaxed and alert than I have the last 20 years. Incredibly, I have not had any instances of restless leg syndrome during this time (which may have been caused by an electrical disturbance in my body). The BE sheet is not a magic blanket, as it is still important to do my part (such as not getting intensively focused on something, or eating and drinking foods that disrupt the body before bedtime). But having moved from a sleep pattern that skipped across the surface into that of a deep sleep has meant I no longer respond and wake with every disturbance. If my average sleep rated as 4.5 out of 10 before using the BE sheet, it now rates 8.5 out of 10. Not only that but that 8.5 is quality sleep so I no longer feel sluggish during the day even if I do lose some hours. Interestingly, I ordered a queen size BE sheet and gave my (test run) single BE sheet to a friend the day before it arrived. And on that one night, I could not get off to sleep for five hours and all my sleep disruptions returned. (More proof the technology does work.) My friend suffers inflammatory pain and numbness and can’t sleep. The first night on the BE sheet she felt tingling; the second night she broke out in pools of perspiration. It’s been a week now and she believes she is detoxing, as her sleep is now starting to improve. The old-fashioned, personal quality of service from the BE team is also appreciated and helpful. I am passing this information on to others, because insomnia is a debilitating condition that wrecks a person’s quality of life. I feel so blessed that a friend recommended Better Earthing to me.”

“I don’t usually give reviews but feel this one is deserved. My package was wrapped in tissue paper and a bow. What a special touch. I had an enquiry and a very nice gentleman rang me pronto. Couldn’t wait to jump into my bed to sleep the very first night and slept better and my stiff back was better. Looking forward to each night from now on because until now haven’t slept well. “I’d like to say a big thank you for your prompt, professional service and for providing such a tremendous product which I’m sure will help many with their health conditions. I was very impressed with how quickly my underlay arrived and how easily I could attach it to my mattress. I’ve only used it for a couple of nights, but can already feel a difference. My sleep is very deep and free from aches and pains, and I think it may have had a positive effect on my snoring as well! I also purchased the book, which I am reading with interest.
