“Ive'been using the grounding pillow case for a week now and can't fell much difference. The pillow case has made the pillow less squishy because of it's stiffness. I think I may be sleeping a little better, but still waking up around 4 am. before it was 3 am, so I'm getting an extra hour. I'm going to keep trying to see if it gets any better.”

Thanks, Joanne, for speaking today and hopefully when you get back home and try the pillowcase again you will see better results. It happens with many people where it can take more than 1 week to notice changes in your sleep from Earthing, it's usually due to the earthing strength being too weak or too strong for the individual’s needs. For stubborn sleep sometimes a more powerful reset will help via some direct skin contact on our bedding products for the first few days or weeks. Then later return to using a cotton pillowcase between your head and our powerful Earthing pillowcase. Look forward to speaking in a few weeks. Yours in good health. Leonie

“I already have an earthing underlay but felt I needed more targetted earthing for my head and neck as I was not laying this part on the underlay due to needing a pillow for support. Once the earthing pillow case was added to me sleep routine I stopped waking with neck pain - its been transformative. I've even taken it away on trips when needed as its easier to use than remaking a whole new bed if I had to bring my underlay in a hotel etc. I cant wait to buy more for everyone in my famiy”

“Writing this review after usage of more than two months and done first wash of pillowcase as well. Used to own those black faux leather types. This one is so much better in terms of material quality and definitely the impact on my body. Used to have to do stretches regularly to tackle aches and discomfort, haven't felt the need to do any for a while! Even the cable and plug quality is built better, the black faux leather ones I used to own, they would sometimes get loose or unplugged and you wouldn't notice it, always had to check if they were still connected, these one are built in a way that it fits snugly and it won't come off unless you pull it out.”
