“If you're new to earthing, this is the place and product to start with! The fabric mat is my first ever earthing product I'm impressed with the quality of the product, customer service, attention to detail, information package and support. The results have been beyond anything I could have imagined. I have experienced improved sleep and digestion and feel that my general complexion has improved, and overall it is so relaxing to do. I have also experimented using this inside my pillowcase (excellent for falling asleep quickly), as well as wrapping it around my sore foot (bunion pain) before falling asleep because it quickly takes away the pain. Now I realise I need to try the earthing wrap! I have found it works on just about any ache or pain - excellent for improving muscle recovery after intensive work or exercise and even minor bruises, cuts, scratches heal much quicker. Helps me with cramping, bloating, and general fatigue. It's quite astonishing. I was so impressed that I gifted one to an elderly friend who has reported improved sleep, faster wound healing, improved circulation and arthritis pain having almost disappeared, with general aches and pains basically gone. They have only good things to say about it which makes me very happy. I did experience a bout of flu like symptoms shortly after starting earthing - although I cannot be sure if this is coincidence or my body having some sort of 'healing detox crisis' (I did go in pretty heavy at the beginning which I later realised was a bit too quick for me) but if it was indeed flu, my recovery time was halved (to what it normally is), as it generally takes me a couple of months to get back to normal. Interestingly have noticed increased thirst (which is not a bad thing since I need to be reminded to drink enough water!). Thank you Better Earthing Team for what you do - I am glad that I started this amazing journey with your help and hope to spread the word that everyone should try earthing... more particularly... “The changes in my muscular aches especially in my shoulders have been miraculous .. I absolutely LOVE my earthing mat.. the relief of aches and pain is truly magical. “Its going really well. Overall , I would say improvements in sleep, energy levels and general well being. Started with 15-30 minutes a day, and now, quickly graduated to over 12 hours a day. It feels right. Emotionally more stable and resilient too. I was never a barefoot person. Now, I am a convert and loving it. Thanks for your excellent products and service.”

“I had not even heard of Earthing or Grounding until a few weeks ago until recommended by my Physiotherapist as part of my Parkinson’s and nerve pain management programme. I dived in downloading the better Earthing E-book and carefully scrutinised the details and from personal life experience and that of friends felt that the concept was sound and made contact with Better Earthing. I felt valued as an enquirer and was given "down to earth” explanations over several conversations which gave me the confidence, “These people know what they are talking about” Due to personal circumstances I bought 3 mats and a pillow case as my Earthing Connection. I also installed a dedicated Earthing Rod to my system and have embarked on a beneficial new life experience, and that’s something at 81 years of age with Parkinson's and nerve pain issues. The benefits / blessings = An almost pain free night's sleep and beyond 6 hours which was my overall maximum throughout my adult life. Now sleeping between 7-8 wonderful restful hours/ Cessation of “Restless legs” pain. A more restful sleep. I am maintaining steady body temperature at night sleeping in just my jocks and socks even on cold nights, I am amazed as the cold used to wake me up even with wearing winter pyjamas, long johns and winter singlet. Possibly influenced by other factors as well but overall normal bowel movements unknown for years . An overall sense of general wellbeing. I didn’t arrive where I was at overnight but my expectations are fairly high that over time to allow for healing and recovery I shall enjoy greater benefits / blessings in days to come. “I do like the earthing mat. It’s convenient and high quality. I use it under my home office desk. It definitely works as I’ve measured the amount of electricity my body picks up from the devices without and with the mat (much lower with the mat). I do feel more relaxed throughout the day when I use it and I feel like I miss earthing if I skip a day or two. Thanks”

“I am very happy with the results so far. The pain connected with the torn tendons in both my arms has disappeared and the cramping in my legs sleeping at night is very noticeably reduced. I have noticed an improvement in my energy levels, I am getting through the days a lot easier now. I am a 24/7 live in carer for my wife who is wheelchair bound and the days and nights are very constant. My wife sleeps with the small mat under her feet and she said it is great to wake up without the pain in her legs. As the warmer weather approaches it will allow us to sleep with less clothing on and I will be coming back to you to purchase a couple of full bed mats. Thank you once again.”

“I’ve been a full time bus driver in and around central Sydney for 8 years, a highly stressful job. Although, much of the stress I believe, was due to the constant vibration from being on the road for hours at a time, and I would still have that inner vibration when trying to sleep. Discovering and using the fabric grounding mat on my driver’s seat almost instantly reduced the vibration, which inturn reduced the stress and immensely helped my sleep. Not a day goes by that I drive without it. I love this mat!!! NB: Victoria is using one of our fabric grounding mats in the bus she drives.”
