“Products are expensive and took a long time to get here, especially during COVID. However they were worth the money and the wait. Customer service was great - I got regular emails letting me know they hadn't forgotten about me. I even changed my mind about the glass color at last minute. They were so accommodating and guided me in the right direction. In an entire first floor remodel, the pennant lights are what we receive he most compliments on. We expected the long wait times so we ordered early on in our project. Bicycle Glass shipped us sample glass and also the hardware so our electricians could hang and wire the lights. We just had to put the bulbs on as the finishing touch. We ordered the brushed nickel hardware. It comes in different lengths and according to my electrician, they were not difficult to hang. We ordered the clear swell glass. It definitely has a light green tint to it, but it's a welcome contrast to the white and gray in our kitchen. The glass is really great quality - thick and strong and quite heavy too! I suggest putting them on dimmers as they look different in every light!”
