“Customer service at the Bicycle Company is top notch. The pendant lights arrived in three weeks but unfortunately I received the wrong hardware (nickel instead of black) and one of the glass shades was cracked. I reached out immediately and they quickly sent me the correct hardware and a new shade. The blue shade is subtle in color and looks great with the black hardware. The bulbs are a little bright though (390 lumens) or our use. Ordered 180 lumen bulbs online. Love the fact that these are made in the USA from recycled glass.”
