“These pendant lights are fabulous. In addition to buying them because of their beauty I also bought them for their different lengths of hanging cord. I’m hanging from a 12 foot ceiling over an island. I could not find pendant lights that had an o option of a longer cord. They advertised the option and then talking to customer service I knew it would work for me! Love them!”
“The cinch connector that keeps the wire in place was so tight on the light fixture that I could not remove it. It was damaged since so much force was required to loosen the connector. I had to remove it to shorten the cable on the light. Customer service was notified and they provided new parts for the fixture. The lights were packaged well and look amazing.”
