“Price was pretty good. Shipping was fast and had no issues. Water heater came in one piece and started up once it was all connected. But, this was not the Rinnai RUC98iN water heater that I ordered. They sent me the newer "direct replacement" version. I
I searched everyplace on the internet to find the old one and I thought I did find it from this company. The new version of this water heater had the hot and cold water lines in a different spot. Also the gas line, pressure relief line and even condensate lines were not in the same spot. Not exactly a direct replacement and certainly cost me a good bit of extra time installing.
Would be nice if the company didn't advertise a model that they don't have available to ship.”
