A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“Beautifully hand-written, but, compared to the 'Hip, Hip, Hurray' biscuits this felt a little under-decorated. Could we have something a little more colourful yet suitable for a man ? And not just shades of blue. I mean, realy, blue or pink ?”

“I think letterbox biscuits are such a lovely idea to surprise someone on a special day. I don’t think, however, they should be gendered as I sent this ‘birthday boy’ biscuit to a female friend whose favourite colour is blue. But she loved the look and taste of it!!”
