“I'm sad to say that I'm disappointed. I've only been on the receiving end of biscuiteers before and they were wonderful. However, having ordered on 27th February for my friend's 50th birthday on 3rd, and having been told they had left the bakery on the morning of the 2nd, I was pretty gutted that they didn't arrive until Saturday 6th March. It's not a cheap treat and 4 days late for the special day is very disappointing. I'm not sure I'll be ordering again which is a shame as the biscuits themselves were delicious when I received mine. Is it normal to take 4 whole days in transit? And would the biscuits have been fresh? I haven't asked my friend as I'm rather embarassed.”

I am so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail!
Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing a high number of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or holidays.
