“I really enjoyed this 10 day challenge. I like that it's broken up into 20 minute chunks (20 min fitness, 20 min yoga, 20 min meditation) and the workouts themselves. They are quite challenging but not so hard you just want to give up, but rather make you strive to get stronger. After completing the initial 10 days I'm starting over and finding it just as enjoyable as I did the first time. And on days I don't have time to do the fitness I really enjoy having the 20 minute yoga videos to fall back on for a good stretch and relaxation before bed.”

“Settings for each workout are stunning. I feel I get to walk away from reality for an hour and be in whatever beautiful, exotic location. Workouts are easy to follow by either watching Juliana or listening to her instruction. I have added this into my normal workout regime and love it.”
