“I initially just wanted the box set of DVDs and got the book as a bonus. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much I enjoyed learning a little more about Mark and Juliana as well as the recipes included. We've tried the avocado pasta and belly rub soup and greatly enjoyed both!”

“It thought the book would be bigger and I was a little disappointed at first but then I realized the size was perfect since it is perfect for me to carry it everywhere. “The recipe book is wonderful. I love all the recipes and guidelines. The photos are beautiful. The cabbage soup recipe is excellent as well as the smoothies. Very thorough with instructions and so far very easy to prepare. There are a lot of options to choose from. I have been trying to go vegan for a while and most recipes that I have tried from other cookbooks tend to be bland. The recipes in this cookbook so far have been delicious. With love and light.
