The Happy Heathy Eating Guide Book really opened my eyes to veganism. I have been a vegetarian my entire life but this book promted me to go Vegan. Thank very much for your plant based eating guide, it has honestly changed my life. I follow your YouTube channel and I'm so grateful that you have both shared your journeys, because it has enabled me to start my own vegan/yoga journey. I've never felt more healthy, balanced and happy! The recipes in the book are simple, clear and so tasty; they sure show all those people who've always said being vegan means missing out on good food!

The book gave some great insight to life as a vegan, with personal touches on how Juliana and Mark began their vegan journey. The recipes are quite simple, but they give great tips on how to alter them. I really liked the breakdown of what nutrients each ingredient contains so I can ensure my diet contains everything I need to stay healthy.

What a visually stunning guide! I feel healthier just looking at the food in the pictures! The recipes are simple and delicious. I feel fantastic and satisfied after eating, knowing I have given my body exactly what it needs. The guide is easy to use and navigate. This cookbook doesn't really require 'cooking' per se... just eating good, natural, yummy food! Juliana & Mark do a fantastic job of keeping recipes super simple; just a little dicing, slicing, & throw the ingredients together & you've got a fantastic meal loaded with nutrition! Highly recommend to those that think eating healthy is boring and tasteless -these recipes are all easy & delicious! Looking forward to their next cookbook!

This is one of the best plant-based dieting books I've ever read. They inform you so much on the "why" of plant-based in addition to such incredible recipes with great information on things like: how to get enough protein in your diet, how to balance your nutrients, how to budget and make the recipes in bulk if needed. It's definitely worth every penny.
