“Extremely happy with the service I received from Brake Crafters. I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect kit, and after an email or two, things were sorted out and the correct kit was shipped. “I had problems with the fit on the first caliper rebuild kit I ordered. Spoke with Mark about the problem I had, he asked for pics, figured out I had an European model of bike they did not have listed on there site. Sent me the correct kit at no charge, amazing service !! Thanks Greg”
