“The cleaner works well but my husband who uses the c-pap likes the so-clean because for him it is easier. It is right there and just flip open the cover. I did contact someone about returning the Rescomf but have not gotten a reply. Is it possible to return it or do I need to keep it even if he will not use it?”
“Can't begin to tell you because I,haven't been able to use it yet because I did not get the adapters that would allow me to connect my c pap tubing to the machine. We have already had several emails on this and you promised to send the adapters. So when I get them and can actually use the machine, I can tell you better. But I have tried many times to get a response only to get canned messages until recently.”
“I ordered CPAP cleaner & sanitizer bag for $69. Only received cleaner, but no sanitizer bag. Your company said a bag would cost another $20. I asked how to order a bag 2 days ago with no response.
