“Not a bad selection of beers, but too many sour beers( 2 in this box) really not keen on sour beers, had too many last month too! Thinking about cancelling my subscription due to the sour beers, no merchandise anymore! In the vote I voted to increase the price so I could get merchandise! Why do we get snacks? I haven’t eaten any of them over the past 6 months! I have been in the club since then start. Also too many of the core beers in the boxes, should be more new beers! Thanks.”

Hi Stephen, thanks loads for taking the time to review, and we appreciate your feedback. We offer two varieties of beer styles in our Bear Club boxes; if you're not so fond of Sour beer, may we suggest switching your monthly subscription to the Pale Ale styles instead? The majority voted to keep the price as it was and lose the merchandise, however since the change we have issued vouchers off our merch, and included stickers and beer mats. We are always reviewing this and will of course take your feedback on board for the future. We are still a small, independent brewery and we work hard to brew as much as feasibly possible in the space we have, all we ask is that you bear with us as we grow. Cheers, Electric Bear

“Not a great box unfortunately, had 2 sour beers the same as the month before. Only 2 new beers in the box, plus not mercy again! I may cancel soon and just buy 12 beers of of my choosing each month, as I do love the brewery as a whole.”

Hi Stephen, Thanks for your feedback on the Bear Club, it is appreciated and we will use this to improve future boxes. We will always try and include as many new beers as possible usually every month that is 3-4, last month it was only 2 new beers, but this will not be the case from future months. The Merch was a discount code that can be found on the welcome letter. We hope that you do stay as a Bear Club member, there are some exciting months in store. However, we understand that you may want more choices on what beers you get. Just happy that you enjoy the beers that we are producing at the brewery.
