“This flour is amazing, as close to gluten full bread as I have found, expensive but I can see why it is considered the best gluten free flour.
Though must be noted it is not suitable for anyone with a specific wheat allergy as it contains wheat startch”
“The best gluten free flour for pizzas I have ever used! I have been diagnosed with coeliac disease for almost 11 years and have never been able to make good gf pizza at home until now. I've tried and they're edible but this one is like the real thing. You need a hot oven and ideally a pizza stone (and some youtube tutorials don't hurt either!) but it's definitely worth it. The availability and price is a problem but I get 8 pizzas from one bag so it's better than shop bought gf pizzas and nicer too.”
