This is a great place to start if you feel stiff and tight - I do 3 x 15 mins each week and with playing the video tutorials and repeating my favourites it’s about 25 mins. I like the structure of GMB and it’s definitely improved my mobility- bootcamp is much easier now and pain free

I transitioned to GMB Fitness Mobility after trying the Focused Flexibility program early on. The ability to follow along with the exercises with a built-in timer in the app made it such a useful and practical program to use either as a warm-up or a complete session. While it doesn't promise a 'night and day' immediate improvement to tightness or restricted movement, I have noticed as I have moved through and repeated the program that my mobility has improved. Who would have thought considered, consistent practice might return improvement!!!

Not only do you gently get more range of motion you apply the movements in a way that makes every day life easier. And you get stronger. Which is a bonus

I have been moving around with calisthenics and various exercises (swimming, tennis, running, climbing, martial arts, etc. ) for many years but what I realised just 2/3 years ago was that in many cases a key limiting factor for a number of movements was my flexibility and mobility and not my strength. I discovered GMB just before COVID-19 and since then I have been using various programs and I could not be happier. I have a desk job and this program has been probably the biggest counter to the hours that I spend sitting on a chair.

Highly recommend GMB Mobility for gaining or regaining movement patterns due to injury or a period of inactivity. I happened to do it after Elements because it didn't exist back when I started out with GMB, but I would think this is a good precursor to Elements.

I have lots of experience with yoga and static stretching but nothing has ever made me feel as loose, limber, and GOOD as GMB Mobility. My range of motion has substantially improved over the past few weeks, and I've enjoyed every minute of it.

This program is definitely worth it. I like the stages that each workout goes through, Prepare, Push, Play, Ponder, and how the overall emphasis is on helpful, useful mobility and strength. It isn't about attaining a specific physique or hitting a narrow target, it is widely applicable and very practical. I also love the focus on play, it is fun, and movement should be that way!

Best program from gmb.io for me. Does not require much space and no equipment. I use it as a warm-up for a workout or sometimes as a stand-alone workout. Really helped me with back or neck pain (typical office disease coming from sitting way too long the whole day). I know gmb says that everyone should start with Elements, but here the moves become quite complicated in the later lessons, which requires some time to get used to it. Mobility is easier to learn, but not less effective.
