“Our group of 11 did this ride in late October of 2022 and had a great time. The route, food, accommodations, sight-seeing tours, and guides were all excellent. There was an issue with not getting our jerseys on time and with navigation issues on the first few days of the trip, but this may be due to it being the first tour they've done since the Covid shutdown. The guides did an excellent job of correcting the navigation issues and were flawless for the rest of the journey. I would absolutely recommend this tour!”

“Just brilliant! The minute we arrived in Chang Rai our tour guide James was eager to meet us and welcome us to the tour group. The pre organisation and on tour back up team of 3 drivers and 1 bike tech were simply perfect. Always smiling and there to help when needed, the back up team helped with crossing busy road junctions, provide endless refreshments and cool towels as well as safely drive us when not cycling. The hotels used are beautiful, with large clean comfortable rooms, breakfast and a well needed swimming pool. The daily bike tours were roughly between 20 and 30 miles with a good few hills to ride up throughout the tour. With James the guide at the front of the group and Paul the technician riding at the back and in radio contact with each other and the support vans, everyone was able to ride at a pace they were comfortable with or hitch a ride in a support van when needed. I injured my knee a few weeks prior to the tour so ordered an E Bike to enable me to complete the tour - I can say the E Bike is a great option if there is any doubt of being able to ride the distances. At the end of the tour James was extremely helpful in advising on going travel plans too. Thank you to everyone at Grasshopper, we had a fantastic holiday with you!”

“This tour was terrific and the guides, James and ‘A’ were wonderful. We have taken tours with VBT to italy and New Zealand. Grasshopper is just as good and much more economical. My husband had a minor mishap and the tour company and personnel could not have been more responsible or professional. Hotels were lovely and food great. Disappointed that the swimming pools at the hotels which were way too cold to swim in. And I am a lap swimmer! Need one night off to relax.”
