“This tea is PERFECT for making chai. Heat the water, add a few spices, like cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, steep the tea in the mixture, and your day is off on a high.”

“I like my tea strong and often over-steep, sometimes to the point of bitterness. I've been drinking this daily and have yet to hit the point of no return. It's as if the tea approaches bitterness asymptotically but never gets there.”
