“When I first tried to use this I thought I broke it, even after using the instruction video. Even if the basket is even slightly in the wrong position it has the tendency to get stuck when you try to detach it's a detachet. My engineer partner eventually got it out and showed me the small marks on the basket that indicated if it was in the right position. I still haven't attempted to take the whole thing apart yet to deep clean it, but I need to. While the use wasn't very intuitive to me, Once I learned how it has become my favorite tea accessory. I use it nearly every day that I work, re-teeping my leaves. I never realized that loose leaf tea could be easier, cheaper, and so much better tasting than tea bags. I used to never mess with loose leaf tea unless I was at the house but now I can have it anywhere without my tea becoming bitter or messing with we're messing with taking the leaves out.”
