“When you're spending almost £300 on a few torches, to be charged £3.99 for "Express Delivery" and also be told that this means 1-3 working days is unacceptable.. At this price, express delivery is next day (my order was placed before midday). Poor show and we're unlikely to use this site again.”

Hi - we currently have 3 options, standard, express and next day. At November 2017 the costs were free, £3.99 and £6.99. This covers our costs for the despatch of the item. The free option is usually 3-4 days so we feel this offers the best value. Thanks Matt
