“Replaced pain killers at night with CBD oil.....started on 2 drops a couple of weeks ago and I'm having a much better sleep and reduced pain with sciatica. It's work in progress and I'm increasing dosage to 3 drops to try and get on top of pain levels if I can.... not the greatest tasting oil but getting used to it now and just hope i can continue using and improve symptoms etc”

“I hadn't tried CBD oil before, if and when I take it it certainly helps lessen waves of anxiety and makes for a better night's sleep. Definitely worth it!”

“This is my 1st order of CBD oil from Mindful Extracts and I delighted to confirm that I have sailed through several highly stressful situations with ease since using it. I'm a believer in the power of positive thought but these are situations where no matter how positive I am, the stress response of my physical body is outside of my control and where I would normally feel nervous e.g. emergency dentists, live singing in front of a large audience, time sensitive exam/tests etc me = super chilled 10/10”
