“I’m about 3 months in and I believe this is a much better solution than all the other products I’ve tried in the past. Maybe my results would be even better if I hadn’t forgotten to pack the serum for a couple of trips. The cleanser is ok, but after the first application of the serum, my skin felt immediately different… much more smooth, balanced, and not dry/flaky like my other products made my oily skin feel. The moisturizer also feels really great, not heavy at all, perfectly moisturizing. I wasn’t used to wearing a moisturizer because my skin was so oily but with the combo of the serum and moisturizer it feels just right. I felt my skin was doing much better for the first week, then after that I think my skin was going through a purge or maybe it was also because I was starting my period. From there I had some really bad pimple come up on my neck and jawline, as well as other random spots on my face. I reached out to Phyla and was able to talk to the aesthetician to get some tips and to know which products to use/avoid while using Phyla. That was super helpful. She also got me in touch with the nutritionist, who confirmed that I was doing all the other helpful things for my skin. Now 3 months in, I’d say my skin is the best it’s been. I still have a couple deep pimples on my neck that seem to be dying down slowly, but my skin is now feeling much more balanced and clear. I’ll keep using Phyla for sure.”

“I was surprised to see such fast results with my cystic acne. I’ve tried many other harsh products that dry out my skin and only work for a while. I still have some blackheads and small blemishes, but this is a major improvement from the very large painful cystic type acne I had popping up almost every other day. I’m excited to see how my skin will look in the future!”

“Admittedly I have not reached the “60 day guarantee” deadline to tell for sure if this combination of products will work. That said, i am happy to report that I am seeing results that show towards a positive trend with my hormonal acne. I hope this trend continues.
I would like to be promoted to do a review closet to the 60 day mark.
My only complaint is that the instructions say to keep the products in the fridge, which make it a bit hard to remember to use them or if you are constantly on the road and don’t have access to a fridge regularly.”

“Been having a never-ending struggle with my acne and this is the first product that has helped me see improvement with my skin! Still have a few breakouts but far less and less often. This combined with a change in diet has been super helpful, also love the ethos of the company. I hope they move towards plastic-free packaging”

We're always trying to minimize our environmental impact. We've recently removed excess plastic and now use a recyclable cardboard package to ship product. We also use biodegradable packing peanuts that are made from naturally derived starches like wheat and cornstarch that can dissolve in water.
We're actively working to release packaging that's more eco-friendly and has less plastic, but we're also committed to efficiency and lowering our environmental impact, not just paying it lip service. We'll get better with time to be sure, but the feedback of passionate voices like yours really fuels us to be better and hold ourselves accountable. Thank you!

“I'm nearing the 60 day point on my first batch of Phyla and while I'm not 100% break out free, the 2 pimples that appeared healed very quickly and have left minimal marking. What has improved is my overall texture and I'm not waking up with excessive oil on my forehead and tzone which was standard for me. So the change in microbiome is happening! I love the simplicity of the ingredients and the low amount of fragrance. Only thing is in my first box (unless I missed it somehow) I didn't see the note about leaving the serum on for at least 3 mins. This is very key, as well as using only ONE pump of the serum. I was using sometimes 1 and a half-ish and ran out! Once i started doing one pump and leaving it on for 3 mins is when I really started to see faster results. I'm excited to keep going.”
