“When I was purchasing the ticket, it was showing as if it is a luxury bus with full audio video facility in front of the passenger. But actually, it was just like a normal bus having a common small display for all of the passengers.
So, I will give it a 3 star rating due to this reason only.
Rest assured, the ticket was purchased with 100% guarantee, and I was able to get my ticket as soon as i reached the bus terminal.
