“Very unstable and un sturdy. Needs a “kickstand” or something to keep the monitor sturdy. If I could send back for a refund I would.”

Hi Jody, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your SideTrak not staying up without a kickstand. If the screen is drooping this is typically because the SideTrak has not been fully extended and locked into place. When extending your SideTrak out it needs to be pulled out until you here a "click" of both the top and bottom bracket locking into place. Best, -Cody from SideTrak

“Excellent customer service! I was having issues with my Sidetrak not matching up with my laptop and was immediately guided through how to resolve this issue. It turned out to be a Citrix issue that is resolved after adjusting my zooms. They were very helpful in screen shotting everything I needed to to fix my issue. Super happy with my Sidetrak!!!!”

“Picture quality is good but can’t make the resolution any lower to make the text larger. Also, it is so heavy that you must balance it just right or the monitor will fall over on the laptop.”
