“Received my shoes today. Quite unhappy with my purchase as the shoes had been worn and were dirty on the soles and had little stones in the treads at bottom of the shoes. The box was also quite tatty and obviously no one checked what was returned by a previous customer. I shall be phoning customer service tomorrow as they are closed now”
