“The original rainfly that came with the 3-person tree tent had some issues. I contacted Tentsile and told them what had happened, they responded immediately and sent a replacement Rainfly. One of the best costumer services I have experienced and the replacement Rainfly works wonderfully. It's great to see this company care about their customer's concerns and fix any issues!”
