“So at first I was in love with the look of the timepiece.. Then, while wearing it the very first day one of the band pins broke out of the mating hole in the wooden body from the canting pressure & is long gone. This was the lowest quality purchase I never imagined from Tentsile. Even worse than the ratchet body thickness for my Una ratchet. Come on guys. The devil is in the details. Sincerely yours, Joel D. Hi Joel, we're very sorry to hear about your watch and as such we have refunded this completely. As for the UNA, the ratchets are smaller to save weight but are tested beyond the weight limits in our guidelines so are perfectly safe for use. We apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced!
