“I received a shipping confirmation order for order 12934 on 23 October. On 26 October I received a package containing the wrong item. I sent an email back to you explaining this and received a reply confirming that this would be rectified. I have heard nor received nothing since then!!
I received confirmation email for order # 12955 on 24 October and nothing since then. Money for both of these orders has been taken from my bank on 24&25 October. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this service as less than zero. Please refund my money ASAP”
“PiHDMI to VGA converter arrived - it was larger than I expected. Overall I thought it wasn't good value - as I had managed to get a new 24" HDMI monitor for less than 3x more than the converter price. On the plus side the PiHut gave a refund without quibbling”
