“Ordered on 26th of November. I have enquirer a number of times about when it will arrive but only get generic emails saying "they are busy picking and packing". How long does it take to put an address label on a box and send it out of the door? Longer than 2 weeks it would appear. Postage was enough to guarantee next day you would think. Very poor service and even worse complaints follow up.”
