“The 20-year Pappy is the best whiskey that I've ever tasted. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter because she heard about it from a friend of hers. She said that one day, she hoped she could taste what a $2000, 15-year-old whiskey would taste like. I'm the type of dad who'll get my daughter whatever she wants if I can. Although it took me a while to work up to it, I decided to go for the 20-year-old Pappy because she's my little girl. I also read the book "Pappyland" which gave me an appreciation of the history and commitment that goes into producing this bourbon. I think it's like a hot air balloon ride; something worth doing at least once to have the experience. If you like it, it's always there for you to revisit. And yes, I'll probably end up ordering a bottle for myself.”
