“Due to Fedex forwarding this shipment to a 5th rate courier, we ended up driving 26 miles to pick them up ourselves, otherwise would have had to wait another 4 days ?? for delivery. Cannot fault Tilezz with their service and professionalism. I contacted them about the delivery problem with Fedex and they were going to discuss it with their (Fedex's) regional manager.”
