“I ordered a personalised bag and lunchbox that was advertised to join together but was disappointed to find that they don’t seem to. The included piece doesn’t attach to anything and slides straight out. I can’t work out any way that it could possibly work.”

“Only thing I was disappointed is the plastic slot that meant to hold a child's backpack and lunch bag together, it was not well designed. The flap that go into the backpack front pocket is too short to connect and place the two bags and hold in position. It's not worth the money getting it separately.
The drink bottle slot is tiny so you can't put a decent size drink bottle in there. I have a bbox stainless steel insulated bottle for my son, it doesn't fit.”
