“If you're like me, you ordered this brand because you heard great things. My first order was two different pairs of jeans. One I did not like the style and the other were too short. I started the return/refund process and it was not user friendly. It would not let me return one pay for a refund and exchange the one pair for another size. So I decided to just return both for a refund...which I had to pay for out of my refund.....and order a new pair in the longer length. So I lost out on my coupon I had on the first two pairs of jeans. Now for my review of the jeans. The feel great but stretch out so quickly. They are super flattering when you first put them on but turn baggy rather quickly. I understand that's why most people prefer stretch jeans but I think stretch jeans accentuate areas we don't need any help on. Hence why I ordered these jeans. Super disappointed since they cost $118.00. I won't mess with sending them back as it's too much of a hassle as far as I'm concerned. Hoping I can shrink them a little and have them be a little tight when I put them on but they will stay fitted throughout the day.”
