“The cartridges arrived very quickly. I have installed one and it works well. The acid test for me will be if the cartridge continues to work well for an extended period instead of failing very quickly. Time will tell.”

“received ink cartridge but not compatible , asked for proof that cartridge not compatible , sent photos of printer rejecting cartridge , was informed by email from Imran that i was entitled to a refund , but at last minute then informed that I had to send cartridhge in post, felt that my honesty was rejected will not send cartridge by post , as already sent proof as requested, BUT WILL NEVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN AND WILL TELL MY FRIENDS HOW I WAS TREATED Mr Green”
