“I’m ordered cartridges for my Pixma Canon MG4250 with letters XL, but I can’t insert them in printer- they were too big. I’m not happy with this situation, it was confusing. Second time I’ve ordered cartridges without letters XL and easy inserted them in my printer. As a result I lost about £40. Both times cartridges came on time well packed and in excellent conditions. I think, 999 inks need adjust information in their site to prevent confusion in a future.”
