“Having previously tried a full bed covering earthing sheet a while back, I had to try the Universal Sleep Mat for a few nights with and without it over a few weeks' duration to be completely convinced and I can now definitely confirm that my sleep has improved consistently when sleeping on the Universal Sleep Mat compared to without. This is not woo woo pseudo science - it really makes a difference. I also like that it doesn't need washing and all the hassle associated with that when using a full bed covering earthing sheet.
