“Cant understand how some reviews say that these are easy to swallow. This was not my experience. If you try chewing them then they taste pretty revolting (in my opinion).
If you break them up to make them easier to swallow then you cant avoid the taste.”

Also puzzled by the vegan claim. Maybe I don't understand vitamin manufacture but I would not have expected any vitamin C tables to contain any animal product anyway.”

“If you do any kind of research on Vitamin C you come to realise (if you have an open mind) just how important this Vitamin is. If the only research you do on the importance of C is to watch a video on YouTube by the Tahoma Clinic of Washington State USA, you will have done yourself an enormous favour. He explains why it is essential to take large doses of this vitamin to protect the body and improve the immune system. Large doses can be difficult to take as they can have a laxative effect. Also, many manufacturers make a Vitamin C tablet so weak it is almost useless. This tablet is one of the strongest on the market but offers reasonable value for money.
To take the recommended amount of Vitamin C, I would need to have multiple tablets a day. At the cost price, I will go through a bottle every 25 days. The Recommended dose for myself is 5000mg a day or 5 of these tablets, split up during the day. I usually buy a tablet at 1000mg of Vit C which for me makes more sense. This is a pretty good product with great absorption and one I am happy to recommend.”
