“Gave these a try and it said not to exceed the dosage, they were that nice I couldn't resist! I devoured the packet and my bones are now like titanium! The night I took this product I went out and got hit by a bus, it must have been doing 45mph and got up and walked it off with only scrapes and bruises. I'm sure they're lying about the ingredients but I'm not bothered at all.
