I've been taking these for a coming up to a month now and I haven't noticed any positive, or negative changes.

This supplement appears to be quite high-quality as it uses one of the more bioavailable forms of zinc (citrate, rather than oxide or sulphate). The tablets are extremely small and easy to swallow in comparison to some of the larger alternatives available. The packaging also has a nice feel/touch to it, but it's arguably a bit excessive - and the donations they give to charity for each purchase is a lovely gesture.
Overall, a solid supplement and one that most people would probably benefit from. If you're taking this long term, please consider your zinc to copper ratio, it's very important and worth researching!”

The tablets are small yet contain 15mg of zinc which is 500% of the recommended daily amount. But some people need more zinc that the RDA and this small tablet ensures you get it - and additional zinc is harmless to the body and is excreted by the kidneys.
They are easy to swallow and I have with with breakfast every day. This bottle contains one years supply, so it's good value for a good quality vitamin tablet.

“Over priced and over packaged. These 15 mg High Strength Micro Tablets by FIGHT are nice and easy to swallow small tablets. I found I didn't even need water to swallow them comfortably. No side effects either. All good so far...... But I am a bit surprised they're being marketed as high strength at only 15mg. I regularly buy zinc tablets and capsules at much higher strength levels at far lower prices from several brands. I was also a bit disappointing in the over packaging..... The nice looking red plastic container is housed in a larger and thicker than necessary cardboard box which adds nothing to the protection of the tablets.”
