“Good product, good charity outreach, unnecessary box packaging. I've always thought that taking a zinc supplement is a good idea. Zinc supports cognitive functions as well as the immune system. This is the first time I've tried a zinc supplement and I have to say, it's really easy to take. The tablets are tiny, probably one of the smallest supplements I've ever taken. They have no taste in the mouth and slip down very easily. The dose is recommended at one tablet per day and you get a full 365 days supply in the tub.
So what makes this brand "FIGHT" worthy of mention? And when is a tablet, more than a tablet?
I like the fact that for every bottle you buy FIGHT donate one nutritious meal to vulnerable people through their partnership with UK Charity, FareShare. Their mission is to help provide access to good nutrition for all. Next, it appears that they have tried to remove the unnecessary nasties like sugar and artificial ingredients from their range. I also love the fact that the tiub packaging is recyclable.
One thing that does not impress, is the unnecessary cardboard box that the tub comes in. WHY? it's a simple tablet, you're trying to be environmentally friendly, so what's the point of a pretentious box? It's simply more "stuff" we have to recycle and serves absolutely no purpose, except some grandiose marketing gimmick.
In conclusion, the product is good. The charity outreach is good, the HDPE plastic container is good, but the cardboard box is a wasteful letdown. (minus 1 star)”

However, there are a lot of similar zinc supplements on the market, and many of them contain important vitamins like vitamin c.
Despite that, you have to consider that this is a 365 day supply, and although the initial cost might seem high in comparison to other products, it is only approximately 5p a day (at the time these tablets were on offer).

While making much ado about the charitable contributions of the product, these tablets are twice the price of similar items on the Amazon site.
