“Good value for a year's supply. You get a whole years supply of these tiny, one a day Zinc supplement tablets. They each contain 15mg of zinc, which is approximately 150% of your daily requirement.
Zinc is particularly important in winter, because it strengthens your immune system, and helps ward off colds, and nasty viruses.
They are vegan, gluten free, and the manufacturer makes a donation to charity for every product sold. Full marks for that, and for not providing a bigger dose of zinc in the tablets, which can cause stomach, and bowel issues.
However, there are a lot of similar zinc supplements on the market, and many of them contain important vitamins like vitamin c.
Despite that, you have to consider that this is a 365 day supply, and although the initial cost might seem high in comparison to other products, it is only approximately 5p a day (at the time these tablets were on offer).
I think that is definitely a price well worth paying, so they get my recommendation.”
