“Beautiful lamp! Almost didn’t purchase due to the negative reviews - i’m so happy I went ahead, absolutely beautiful and stylish lamp and at a bargain price. No problems at all. Took a few mins to follow the instructions, all great and sturdy once assembled. Delivery arrive earlier than anticipated.”
“Sadly the lamp base fitting for the pole was broken when this Christmas gift was open- and obviously poorly designed to take the weight of the otherwise very attractive lamp.”
“The box the lamp was delivered in looked like it had been resealed, and the internal packaging was also poor. In addition the lamp was damaged (base snapped from arm) which to me suggests it was a damaged returned item. Not what I expect from FC.”
“Whether the lamp had previously been sent back by another customer, I’m not sure, but when I assembled the second half of the stand with shade to the bottom half, which had already been attached to each other, the lamp leaned slightly. I tightened the metal rods and the whole lamp leaned even more and then the metal completely sheared off from the base! However, Customer Services we’re great, offered to arrange a collection service and refund the cost upon receipt of the collection. Unfortunately, the lamp is no longer in stock though.”
