“I have no problems with the boots. They were perfect for what I needed them for however the staff need a lesson in customer service. About greeting shoppers as they enter the store and once they have given you the shoes that you have asked to look at come back to check on you and the fit this is not the first time I have been in the store received the same treatment.”
