“Condo was mostly fine. We liked the pool view. The beds were mostly comfortable. The kitchen had sufficient cooking utensils. I liked we were on the first floor and had easy access to the stairs which led right to the pool. We discovered the last day that the kitchen has the pool has an ice maker. What could of been better: Ryson never replied to any of my messages sent via the guest portal but when I called the person on the other end was very helpful. The master shower had a lot of mold. The guest shower head came out in a hard stream. We never got pool towels although I did not pursue asking Ryson for them. The pull out couch was terrible and the 5th person ended up just sleeping on the couch. There were no extra blankets for the bedrooms. Luckily we brought a couple. No extra trash bags for kitchen trash cans, but I had brought a couple for dirty clothes that I used for trash. Overall we had a great vacation.”
