“Dawn 631 is excellent value and had a gorgeous view. The condo was overall well kept! There were a few areas where paint seemed to be cracked or areas seemed to be rusted. This appeared to be due to the beach area and salt in the air. The only areas for improvement would be: have beach chairs for guests to bring to the beach and 2) when we booked we were told the condo slept 6. However, once we got there the bunk beds we expected had been replaced by a full/queen size bed. Luckily we only had 4 guests but had we booked with more coming we did not receive notice the listing was changed.”

“The condo was clean, but there were a few things that need to be fixed. The freezer was not cold enough, our popsicles completely melted and had to be trashed. The ice in the ice trays would not freeze. We noticed tiny little bugs in the kitchen area, mainly around the sink and on the kitchen table. The air conditioner did not keep the condo cool at 70. The blinds that were covering the sliding glass patio door were broken and missing several the slates, which allowed bright light in at night. For the price that we paid, we were disappointed.”

“Over all the unit was clean, furniture in good shape, beds comfortable. But there was water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. Maintenance man came and turned off water to ice maker. This seemed to solve the problem. Ice maker didn't work anyway. Shortly after he left we discovered ants all over the kitchen counters. They had found the donuts we had in left in a carton on the counter. Called the office again and was sent a message that they would bring spray IN THE MORNING. We went to the store and bought ant traps and founds spray in the unit. By then my husband and grandson had gotten bitten by the ants. Maintenance came about 10am with spray. We had ants on the counter through out our stay even with traps and spray. Also, the freezer went out on the refrigerator. That was fixed while we were out or it started by itself. Silverware and glasses were not sufficient for 6 people. Not a relaxing experience as we had hoped for.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location close to stores, restaurants, and an amazing beach. Well equipped (wish it had a few more trash bags but not a big deal). The condo was clean and comfortable! We loved the pools on site as well! Thank you so much.”

“Location was great to access the beach quickly and the 2 pools were a hit with our family. The Blvd though is so busy you can hear traffic all the time in the unit. The unit was nice but it's time for a paint job and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Also the freezer didn't function properly even when maintenance stopped by to adjust so we had to through out the few items we had in there as they thawed.”
