“My family and I went on this mini getaway for 5 days and stayed at the beach retreat. The house itself is well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen items, extra pillows and bedding if needed. Having a washer and dryer while on vacation after long days at the beach was a huge plus! The house is located on a quite street it was close enough to the beach and Galveston but really did feel like a private getaway. I saw a few reviews about the AC being too hot but we found that it was actually quite cool and never needed the setting to a very low. It was also nice that there were fans available as well! We always need those! Overall, it was well stocked and in a great location. There was more than enough space and I really did appreciate that updates and communication that Ryson properties kept with me. The arrival and departure were seamless. Would defiantly do this again.”

“Everything about the home was excellent. We loved how close to the beach it was. Unfortunately, the lawn was not cut until the last day of our reservation, so we were not able to enjoy the back yard. Please consider tightening the bolts to the dining table and chairs. They were very wobbly and felt unsafe.”
