“Let’s be honest, we were just happy to get back to Deer Ridge post-COVID and we understand things change. However, this being our sixth stay at the resort, we missed the cafe for snacking by the pool, we missed having more than two bath towels per bathroom and we didn’t enjoy the thin TP that is now being used. We did appreciate that our reservation was changed to a different unit when our original unit became unavailable due to repair, we really appreciated the staff - they are always very kind and work hard to make our stay enjoyable. We plan to be back and continue to recommend Deer Ridge to family and friends, we will just suggest they towels and preferred TP.”
