I have been left so angry and upset, by this scamming evil company. Twice they delivered me the wrong bed, and a second time when the measurements were still wrong, I said I couldn’t accept it from the driver and it was sent back. I couldn’t get any response from the company regarding my refund, until I tried blocking my number and magically they picked up. Then they said they would not be refunding the money in full because I could be lying saying it was the wrong height, even though I had camera footage of the delivery driver conversation and us getting the tape measure out and saying it was again the wrong size. Being called a liar and nothing they will do to refund me the full amount is disgusting and I’m so upset. Out of pocket for a scamming company and I haven’t even got a product from them. Avoid, never use, avoid like the plague, to protect yourself. They claim I had to pay a re delivery fee even though they sent me the wrong item so I won’t get a full refund, which is nearly £100 less.
